One of classic reason why i do this is because i feel bored with my current stock ROM :p<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>It&#8217;s been almost two years since i used youuu..<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So, what would we need? first, we need Smart Phone Flash Tool (<a href=\"http:\/\/spflashtool.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SP Flash Tool<\/a>), then a custom recovery program called <a href=\"https:\/\/twrp.me\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TWRP<\/a> to install .zip contains ROM and of course custom ROM itself. I used latest <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.xda-developers.com\/android\/general\/rom-4-2-2-lenovo-s860-miui-v5-aosp-t3047343\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MIUI<\/a> taste v6 which is compatible with my HH, Lenovo S860. That&#8217;s it!<\/p>\n<p>First thing to do is copy your custom ROM into SDcard then install usb driver in order to make your smartphone recognized by the computer. Ok, i assume all the things related to driver installation is well done.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Now it&#8217;s time to flash TWRP. Open SP flash tool, browse scatter-loading into your TWRP folder.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adf.ly\/1TsQof\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2115 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/rachmadona.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/spflash-lenovo-twrp-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"spflash lenovo twrp\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Select only for recovery option in order to install TWRP custom recovery. Don&#8217;t forget to check option &#8220;DL all with checksum&#8221; to verify checksum after installation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adf.ly\/1TsQvd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2117 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/rachmadona.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/spflash-lenovo-twrp-11-300x103.jpg\" alt=\"spflash lenovo twrp 1\" width=\"300\" height=\"103\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If suddenly appear error warning just click Yes. Then you should see Download OK as a result.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adf.ly\/1TsQyQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2118 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/rachmadona.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/spflash-lenovo-twrp-2-300x189.jpg\" alt=\"spflash lenovo twrp 2\" width=\"300\" height=\"189\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now it&#8217;s time to get into TWRP recovery. On your smartphone, press volume up + volume down as well as power button to go to TWRP recovery.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adf.ly\/1TsR1D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2121 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/rachmadona.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/2015-11-03-11.11.59-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"twrp-1\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Before we do install let&#8217;s make backup first. Just for safety in case later we have problem while installing our custom ROM.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adf.ly\/1TsR5T\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2122 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/rachmadona.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/twrp-2-backup-175x300.jpg\" alt=\"twrp-2-backup\" width=\"175\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Choose Backup then swipe the line below text &#8220;Swipe to Backup.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adf.ly\/1TsR8P\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2123 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/rachmadona.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/twrp-3-backup-176x300.jpg\" alt=\"twrp-3-backup\" width=\"176\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Backup is in progress, please hold on..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adf.ly\/1TsRAv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2124 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/rachmadona.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/twrp-4-backup-181x300.jpg\" alt=\"twrp-4-backup\" width=\"181\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Yeah, it&#8217;s completed. Now back to main menu to do factory reset.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adf.ly\/1TsRFa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2125 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/rachmadona.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/twrp-5-factoryreset-168x300.jpg\" alt=\"twrp-5-factoryreset\" width=\"168\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Choose wipe &gt; factory reset to clean up data, cache and dalvik partition. Swipe to start formatting process.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adf.ly\/1TsRJU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2126 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/rachmadona.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/twrp-6-factoryreset-168x300.jpg\" alt=\"twrp-6-factoryreset\" width=\"168\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Factory reset process is completed. I still can&#8217;t believe using it, man.
